You must be at least 16 years old to use Chunkcast. If you are under 16, you may not use this service.

• No piracy or unauthorized rebroadcast of copyrighted content.
• No illegal content under Canadian law.
• No exploitation, abuse, harassment, or non-consensual content.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or abuse network infrastructure.

4. Copyright and Takedowns

You are responsible for securing rights to all content you transmit. Infringing streams may be interrupted or removed.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Chunkcast is operated as a Canadian service and hosted on servers located in Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

6. Enforcement

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for Terms violations, abuse, or legal compliance requirements.

7. Availability and Liability

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uptime, quality, or fitness for a specific purpose.
